Mr. Sunil Kumar Kalidindi is the Executive Director and CEO of Megasoft Limited.
Mr K Sunil Kumar has done Bachelor of Engineering from PSG College of Engineering, Coimbatore and obtained a Masters degree in management from University of Leicester(UK) and a Masters degree in Finance from London Business school.
He has worked with M/s Fitchner India Limited, Chennai before joining the KVK group. He contributed to the group companies in developing, managing and operating power plants. He has lead the Group in corporate finance and fund raising. He has specialized in the areas of Finance, business development for the group Companies.
He has good experience in global Mergers and Acquisitions with the ability to turn around distressed assets.
Anish Mathew
Anish Mathew is a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) from the University of Delhi and a PGDM from the Xavier Institute of Management.
He brings to Megasoft nearly two decades of experience in investing in Indian and international capital markets. He was previously the Deputy Chief Investment Officer (Asia Pacific ex Japan) at Societe Generale Asset Management (SGAM) where he was responsible for overseeing the management of regional and country funds in excess of USD 2 billion. Prior to joining SGAM, he was Director, Fund Management at Deutsche Asset Management in Singapore where he was responsible for investing in Emerging Asian equity markets for the Group.
Kalyan V Sivalenka
